About The Project
Topographic survey was required for the location of a future temporary parking lot at Balmoral Senior Public School. In addition to the survey, a legal boundary survey and SUE Level B investigation was preformed as well.
All data was tied into existing control set at the Balmoral Rec Centre during Groma’s 2018 survey.
As required by the TRCA, Groma’s topographic survey was verified by our OLS subcontractor after field validation. The City was provided with an OLS-signed survey deliverable showing all legal, topographic and utility information for the site.
