Topographic survey of industrial property in Brampton, ON.

Groma surveyed 2 outdoor portions of the Hyperion property, including train and truck loading zones and a former tank farm site.  The surveyor was on site with a representative from Sehllex and had frequent communication with the property foreman to access areas and move vehicles or trains as needed.

Shellex also required survey of the indoor ceiling structures in the plastics and hot rooms.  This was done using 3D laser scanning, which captured all of the visible indoor features as a point cloud.  The indoor scan was tied into the outdoor control through the bay door, with common targets surveyed with both the scanner and total station.

The client received the survey points list, base plans, and the point cloud of the plastics and hot rooms.
