About The Project
Topographic survey of the north side of the CN corridor between Hidden Valley Road & the Snake Road access in Burlington, to confirm current drainage conditions for future design.
Groma’s surveyor captured the ditches within the project limits, in addition to culverts, manholes, subdrains and other drainage features found on site. Only the northernmost service track, and north mainline rail were surveyed for the required design purposes. Additional features were surveyed at the Lemonville Road bridge underside and on top of the Hidden Valley Road bridge (clearances, top of concrete, top of steel, etc.).
CN flagging protection was used for the duration of the project.
The client received a CAD survey base plan of all the surveyed features.
