About The Project
The CN Autoport in Concord, ON was surveyed in its entirety in the summer of 2018 to assess the current asphalt conditions. The survey was separated into four stages, with deliverables sent to the client as completed.
Most of the survey was completed using total station to ensure higher accuracy when surveying asphalt positions and elevations.
All manholes and catchbasins on site (+100) were opened for invert measurements. Autoport staff were very helpful in moving cars around when needed so we could access any covered structures.
Deliverables for each section of the Autoport included points list and CADD survey base plans. Once the entire Autoport was completed, a final combined drawing was sent to the client.
