Topographic survey, utility locates investigation & legal boundary survey of ~1km of Metrolinx’s Newmarket corridor, from south of Water St. up to Queen St. in Newmarket.

In addition to the full width of the corridor, surveyors captured data at the Water St. & Timothy St. crossings, as well as the bridge over the Holland River.  Survey work on the corridor and most of the roadways was completed in March 2020.  Crews returned to site in late April to capture parts of the road that had been covered with snow, as well as take cross sections through the creek and survey the underside of the bridge.

Utility locates were completed by PNR, CN & Groma’s public locates subcontractor.

The client received the survey points list, base plan of the topo survey and locates, and the legal boundary survey.
